Return & Refund Policy

At Buysho, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund requests. Requests without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is found to be valid.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Buysho will cover the return shipping charges.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
